Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns. Orders are eligible for refund up to 3 hours post purchase, after the 3 hour threshold your order may be in progress, so please email us at info@artisannailsbyjulia.com for further help.

Please ensure you use our measuring guide to order the correct sizing or purchase one of our sizing kits to be sure of an accurate fit. Artisan Nails by Julia accept no responsibility or liability for nails that do not fit.
