SIZING
WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE ?
Each Listing has a range of sizes to choose from, ranging from XS to XL. There is also a custom sizing option for those whose prefer to tailor their sizes exactly.
HOW DO I ENSURE I CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZES FOR ME ?
I would always recommend purchasing a sizing kit in the length and shape you are looking to order. This will give you the chance to fit the tip over your own to ensure it fits correctly. My sizing kits, are mounted on a card which gives you room you note your exact sizes for both left and right hand by each digit.
CAN I MEASURE MY NAILS IF I DON'T WANT TO BUY A SIZING KIT.
Yes, of course. Just bear in mind the fit may not be perfect. if you do wish to measure your nails, I have popped a how-to-guide below.
Make a note of your sizes in MM’s and send me those measurements for both right and left hand when you order using the personalisation box on each listing.
Alternatively you can check your measurements against the size chart below and select your sizes from there. The choice is yours.
🌿Please Note: We do not accept returns or offer a refund if your nails do not fit you. Artisan Nails cannot accept responsibility if the nails do not fit due to incorrect measuring. However if you do find an issue, please reach out immediately.
HOW LONG WILL MY NAILS LAST ?
🌿Your nails will come gently buffed on the back to help enable strong adhesion to your prepped nail bed. PREP IS KEY, make sure to remove any dust or debris from your nail surface before fitting your nails.
🌿Prep and care are key to getting the best from your Artisan Nail Sets. We’ll included some tips in your kit.
🌿Sticky tabs should enable 24-48 hours wear. These are not designed to be for longer term wear. Great for occasions and easy removal.
🌿Glue should enable anywhere between 1 to 3 weeks wear. This, of course ,is affected by many factors, so is a guide only.
🌿REMEMBER - YOUR NAILS ARE JEWELS, NOT TOOLS.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER.
🌿 All my nails sets are crafted to order, hand-painted by me. Processing typically takes 5-7 days before shipment. The processing time is influenced by various factors, primarily the volume of orders in queue.

SHIPPING
🌿 I am based in the UK, so I have a range of shipping couriers available for me to use. If you need a specific service, Next Day or Global Express, please contact me before ordering so we can find the best option to suit your needs.
🌿Your order will always bear the correct paperwork for Customs Control on the exterior of the parcel. This is legal requirement. Please be aware that customs control is sometimes a lengthy process and can take anywhere from five to 52 days in rare instances. Artisan Nails By Julia cannot bear any responsibility for delays in Customs.
